Products Liability

Chemical Exposure—Reactive Airway Disease, Pneumonitis, Sensitization

Exposure to certain types of chemicals can cause lung injuries, including Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome (RADS), Chemical Pneumonitis, Chemical Bronchitis and Lung Sensitization.

Silicosis

Silicosis is a disabling and potentially fatal lung disease caused by breathing in silica dust. Overexposure to fine silica dust can cause Silicosis or a silica-related disease such as Silicotuberculosis, lung cancer, and autoimmune diseases including scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
